Terms of purchase

Welcome to Nordicfinds e-handel! We want it to be as simple and convenient as possible to shop with us. Here we have collected all information regarding purchases, payments, deliveries and returns.


All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% value added tax. Promotional prices are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right for possible typographical errors in texts and that there may be deviations in price and product information between store and webshop during campaigns to the extent that is permitted according to current consumer law.

Final sale

We reserve the right for possible final sales and incorrect stock balances. When you place an order, the item you selected ends up in the shopping basket. However, it may happen that another customer has time to complete a purchase with the same item at the same time, if there are not enough items in stock, it may happen that your item is no longer in the shopping cart when you get to the payment mode.
We reserve the right for possible typographical errors in texts, prices and product information. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will correspond completely to reality, as the color reproduction may depend on your individual monitor settings.

Personal data

Nordicfinds handles all personal data in an accurate and controlled manner so that your data cannot be read by unauthorized persons. We comply with the data protection regulation GDPR, and the personal data provided when purchasing is only used to administer your purchase. For more information regarding secure payments, read more under the heading Payment.
When you place your order with us, you must provide your personal details such as name, address and telephone number. In cases where you choose to pay via invoice or partial payment, you also need to enter your social security number. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in order to fulfill transport, payment and invoicing. Note that we must pass on your personal data to our payment intermediary Klarna, our invoicing partner Klarna and our logistics partner in order for them to be able to fulfill their obligations.
You have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected. You always have the right to request, without any particular reason, that the information about you be deleted.

Payment method

Shopping at Nordicfinds is easy and safe. Read more about the different payment methods below.


You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. No extra fee is charged when paying by card. In connection with placing the order, the amount is reserved. When the goods are shipped from our warehouse, the money is deducted from your account. If an item ordered nevertheless turns out to be out of stock, you will not be charged for it.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Shipping cost: SEK 49

If the delivery time exceeds the normal delivery time, you will be notified of the delay. Please note that you have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge in the event of such a delay. Nordicfinds is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control and cannot be held responsible for delays that occur due to Postnord not fulfilling its commitment to the extent permitted under current consumer legislation.


Your package is delivered with Postnord to your nearest agent. You cannot currently choose or change your proxy. You can find information about where Postnord has its agents here . Delivery time is normally 4-8 working days. Delivery only takes place to addresses in Sweden. When your order has been sent from us, you will receive an email with the parcel number. You can search for your delivery status on Postnord’s website www.posten.se. When your package has arrived at the agent, you will receive an SMS message with the package’s ID number. You must have identification with you when you pick up your package. If someone other than the customer is to pick up the package, that person must be able to show both their own and the customer’s identification. If a name change must be made on the package afterwards in order for the right person to be able to pick it up, it costs SEK 150, and if applicable, this cost is further charged to the customer.


Nordicfinds does not apply partial deliveries. If any item in the order is still not in stock, the items that can be delivered will be sent, and the items that cannot be delivered will be credited.


Your package remains with Posten’s agent for 14 days. If for some reason you want to extend this time, it costs SEK 100. You can extend the time to a maximum of 30 days. If the stay is extended at the customer’s request, we reserve the right to further charge this cost to the customer.


Be careful when ordering and enter the correct address and zip code. If you want to change information after ordering, you can contact us. If the item has already been sent, a fee of SEK 150 will be added.


Your package remains with Postnord’s agent or in store for 14 days. If packages are not picked up, we charge shipping and handling costs for unclaimed packages of SEK 250.


Upon return, a refund is made using the same payment method as when we purchased, with a deduction for the return shipping. It may take up to 14 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. When refunding a return, we have the right to deduct any reduction in value that occurred during your handling of the item. Nordicfinds may delay refunding if the item has not been returned, but if you prove that the item has been returned by presenting a receipt, refund will be made as soon as possible without unnecessary delay.


Nordicfinds is responsible for ensuring that delivered goods leave in perfect condition. Should the item still be broken or incorrect when it arrives, customer service shouldis contacted before the item is returned. We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means you have a 3-year right to complain. The error must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the error should have been discovered. Reporting errors within 2 months is always considered within reasonable time. Nordicfinds must prove if the fault was not original in the first 6 months, then it is you who must prove that the fault was there from the beginning or that it is due to a production part. Any transport damage should be noted in connection with the delivery. Transport damage is treated in the same way as other complaints. In the event of an approved complaint, no return shipping is charged and any shipping and invoice fees in connection with the purchase are refunded.
Nordicfinds complies with the Distance Selling Act and the General Complaints Board’s recommendations and decisions.
If you have had your complaint application rejected but claim that the decision is incorrect, we refer you to file a case with the Allmänna reclamationsnämnden (ARN). They make independent decisions in cases of complaints, among other things. Nordicfinds always participates in any disputes with ARN and always abides by ARN’s decisions.

Age limit

You must be 18 years or older to shop in Nordicfinds e-commerce.

Force majeure

Events such as war, natural disaster, strike, authority decision or other events beyond Nordicfinds’ control which could not reasonably have been foreseen shall be attributed to Force majeure, which means that Nordicfinds is released from the obligation to fulfill entered into agreements.
