Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the item, according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act. As a consumer, you have the right to get the money back in case of canceled purchase within 14 days from the day Nordicfinds received the cancellation notice. You may of course try the item if it fits, but when returning the item must be in its original condition/unused and it must be returned undamaged in its original box. In cases where the returned product has been used to a greater extent than is required to examine the product, a deduction for reduction in value may be applied or the right of withdrawal may be denied. Then you as a consumer will be responsible for the return cost and possible resending if the item is wanted again. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must always be returned to our warehouse or handed in to one of our stores as the nearest agent.Here you will find the Consumer Agency’s cancellation form
Exchange
We offer our customers the opportunity to exchange goods purchased from us free of charge within 14 days. This is in addition to our standard right of withdrawal and makes it easier for our customers to find the right size or color. Contact us if you want to make a change: info@nordicfinds.se.
We reserve the right to limit or suspend free exchanges if we suspect this offer is being abused. Abuse may include, but is not limited to:
- To replace the same item several times
- To exchange goods that are damaged or show signs of use
- To exchange goods outside the validity period for free exchanges
We also reserve the right to require proof of purchase before accepting an exchange.
We value our customers loyalty and trust, and we hope our customers understand that free exchanges are something we offer to make it easier for our customers to find the right product. We appreciate it if our customers use this offer responsibly.
Returns
If you want to use your right of withdrawal and return the product, you send it back to our e-commerce warehouse by handing it in to a store or to a postal agent. Use the return shipping slip that was enclosed with the delivery. Enter the reason for the return on the return shipping slip. Contact customer service if the return shipping slip is missing. Feel free to use the same bag that the delivery came in. The shoebox must be packed well. Note! no adhesive labels or tape may be placed directly on the shoe box.
Remove any old shipping labels. Return to the e-commerce warehouse costs SEK 99, which is regulated in connection with the refund. Nordicfinds does not reimburse return costs paid by the customer himself.
If the product is returned without the packaging, with a damaged packaging, or with transport labels that make the packaging unusable – 50% of the product’s value will be discounted
If the product is returned with missing parts or accessories, or if the incident description is not real – the product will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Save the receipt you receive upon submission. If you use the pre-printed return shipping slip, you can track the return at www.postnord.se .
